Making A Purchase. Making a purchase could not be easier, just
browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put
them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection you will be
asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Order’s
can also be placed by post, telephone, fax or email.
Shipping And Handling. Normal standard delivery charge in the
UK is £10.00 depending on weight and priority; keyboards stickers delivery
charge is £1.50 sent by recorded mail, to any other countries please call
for quote.
Delivery Schedule. Orders from stock items are normally dispatched
same day. The more unusual programmes are ordered and delivered usually within
10-15 working days. Our sales staff will endeavour to keep you informed at all
times. We dispatch our products to any country in the world. Postage and packing
are charged extra according to weight and destination.
Payment. LanguageSource.com accepts major credit / debit cards including
EuroCard, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Switch, Solo and Visa Delta. Unfortunately
a credit card search charge of 2% applies to all EuroCard, Visa and MasterCard's,
3.5 % on all American Express transactions, No search applies to Debit, Delta
or Solo cards. We can also take payment via Cheque or Bank transfer.
Prices. Goods and services, together with VAT of 17.5%, are invoiced
at the price prevailing at time of order. VAT @ 17.5% is charged to all UK and
EU customers only. All other countries are VAT free and you should click the exempt
button to reduce VAT to zero. Other overseas customers are solely responsible
for paying any import duties/taxes (if applicable) on the products purchased.
Due to fluctuating currency exchange rates Language Source reserves the right
to modify the prices from time to time without any notice.

Security.Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted
in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are
only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text
on any web site.

Privacy Policy. Language Source do not disclose buyers information
to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the
contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery
addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select
the 'Remember Me' option.
Returns Policy All return requests must be received within 14 days from
the date of invoice. Returns are subject to approval by our returns department,
defective merchandise will be replaced. No refunds will be given for products
returned opened (unless defective). No returns will be accepted without an RMA
number. To receive an RMA number, contact our customer service dept. or your
account manager. Goods sent without an RMA number will be refused. A restocking
fee of 35% may be assessed on your return, special ordered items are non returnable/non
refundable.
